A four piece-band playing Depressive Black Metal hailing from Linköping, Sweden (originally Tyresö).

The band was originally formed in 2009 and recorded its first demo tracks in 2011.

During 2012, Arakiel recorded and released its first split release together with Erevos from Greece through Orkestral Promenade Productions.
